In accordance with guidelines for preventing the spread of infectious diseases such as COVID-19, event organizers may collect emergency contact information from attendees.
For events that require emergency contact information, you must create a teket account and have your emergency contact details on file at the time of ticket purchase.
Important notes
・If you are purchasing multiple tickets for companions, please have their names, phone numbers, and addresses ready in advance. If your companions are not yet confirmed, register your own contact details and update the emergency contact information before the event date.
・If you transfer a ticket using the transfer feature after purchase, the recipient must register their own emergency contact information. Note that a new ticket will be issued to the recipient — please do not share screenshots or PDF tickets of the original ticket before completing the transfer.

Which events require emergency contact information?
Events that require emergency contact display an icon (as shown above) on the event details page.
How to enter emergency contact information (during ticket purchase)
1. After selecting your ticket, tap "Add contact".
2. Enter your name, phone number, and address, check "I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then tap "Save".
3. Confirm that a green checkmark and your registered name appear, then tap "Confirm".
For paid tickets, select a payment method and tap "Confirm payment" to complete your purchase.
Edit emergency contact information
1. Open the purchased ticket from My tickets.
2. Tap "Edit emergency contact" and update your information.
