Email verification is required when you sign up for an account or purchase tickets as a guest (purchasing without an account) to prevent emails from being sent to the wrong address.
A 6-digit verification code will be sent to the email address you entered. Enter the code in the verification field.

Signing up
1. Fill in the required fields on the create account page and tap "Sign up".
2. Check the verification code sent to the email address you entered.
3. Enter the verification code and tap "Verify".
* The verification code expires in 59 minutes.
4. Enter your name and password, then tap "Sign up".
* Password must be at least 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, and numbers.
5. Verification is complete when the screen below appears.
Purchasing tickets as a guest
1. From the event page, go to the select tickets step, then tap "Continue as guest".
2. Enter the email address where you want to receive the verification code, and tap "Send verification email".
3. Check the verification code in the email you received.
4. Enter the verification code and tap "Verify".
5. Tap “Close” to proceed to the payment method or purchase confirmation screen.
If you don't receive the verification email
Please check that the email address you entered is correct and that the email has not been filtered to your spam folder.
If you are using a mobile carrier email address, emails are often blocked by spam filter settings. Please configure your settings to allow emails from the "@teket.jp" domain.
If you do not receive the verification code, tap "Resend code".
