We accept VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, and Diners.
Debit cards and prepaid cards are also accepted (some may not be supported).
* Orders by phone or email are not accepted.
* Tickets cannot be purchased on feature phone.
How to pay by credit card
1. Open the event page for the ticket you want to purchase, then scroll down to view the ticket section.
* Tap "Select tickets" at the bottom of the page to jump to the tickets section.
2. Select tickets you want.
* For calendar view:
Step 1: Tap the date you want to attend on the calendar.
Step 2: Tap ""Which time slot would you like?"" and select a time.
Step 3: Tap the ""Select"" button for the ticket you want.
3. Set the number of tickets using "+" or "−", then tap "Next."
4. Tap "Log in or sign up to purchase" or "Continue as guest" (If you are already logged in, tap "Next.")
* If you do not have a promo code, leave the promo code field blank and continue.
* For events that require teket account, "Continue as guest" will not be shown.
If you want to create an account
Enter your email address and tap "Sign up."
* To log in instead, tap "Already have an account?" in the top-right.
Check the 6-digit verification code sent to your email address, enter it in the verification code field, and tap "Verify."
Enter your full name and password (at least 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, and numbers), then tap "Sign up."
Purchasing tickets without an account (guest purchase)
If you selected "Continue as guest," enter the email address where you would like to receive the purchase confirmation email and digital tickets, then verify your email address.
Check the 6-digit verification code sent to the email address you entered, enter it in the verification code field, and tap "Confirm."
* Purchase confirmation emails may not be delivered to mobile carrier email addresses. Please update your spam settings to allow emails from no-reply@teket.jp.
5. Enter your credit card information, check "I'm not a robot," and tap "Confirm payment."
* If you are prompted to select specific images after checking "I'm not a robot," please follow the instructions.
* If your card uses 3D Secure authentication, you may be asked to enter additional information required by your card issuer.
6. After your purchase is complete, a purchase confirmation email and a PDF ticket will be sent to your registered email address.
If you have an account, tap "View ticket" to see your purchased ticket in My tickets.
Tap "Download PDF ticket" to download the PDF ticket when purchasing from a PC. On a smartphone or tablet, the digital ticket will be displayed on screen — please save it to your device.
7. Please make sure you have received the purchase confirmation email.
