teket offers two types of tickets: "QR tickets" and "mobile-only tickets".
QR ticket: Show the QR code at the reception desk.
Mobile-only ticket: Log in to the teket and show your ticket on screen (no QR code is displayed).

QR ticket
The "Ticket purchase confirmation" email
The following email will be sent to the email address you used when ordering.
PDF ticket
A PDF ticket is attached to the "Ticket purchase confirmation" email.
You can also print the PDF ticket and bring it with you as a paper ticket.
Displaying your ticket on teket (My tickets)
Only those who signed up for an account when ordering their ticket can log in to the teket and check their ticket in My tickets.
* If you ordered your ticket without creating an account (guest purchase), you cannot use My tickets. My tickets only shows tickets ordered after you created an account.
Steps to check My tickets
1. On the teket homepage, tap the "Log in" icon.
* If the login icon is not shown, you are already logged in — skip ahead to step <3>.
2. Enter the email address and password you used when ordering, and tap "Log in".
3. Tap the menu in the top-right.
4. Tap "My tickets".
5. Tap "View ticket".
6. Check your QR ticket.
LINE ticket
By linking your LINE account in advance, you can receive your QR ticket in your LINE chat screen.

Mobile-only tickets
Tickets labeled "Smartphone log-in required for entry" on the purchase page are "mobile-only tickets".
No QR ticket is issued for mobile-only tickets.

Log in to teket to display your ticket.
Displaying your ticket on teket
1. On the teket homepage, tap the "Log in" icon.

2. Enter the email address and password you used when ordering, and tap "Log in".

4. Tap "My tickets".
5. Tap "View ticket".
6. Tap "Check-in".
7. Show the screen below to the event staff.
The event staff will tap "Mark as entered" to check you in.
Displaying your ticket from the "Ticket purchase confirmation" email
1. Open the email you received when you ordered your ticket and tap "View your ticket on teket".
2. Enter the email address and password you registered with when ordering, and tap "Log in".
3. Once logged in, your ticket is displayed. Tap "Check-in".
4. Show the screen below to the reception staff.
The reception staff will tap "Mark as entered" to check you in.
