What is ticket transfer?
Unless ticket transfers are restricted by the event organizer, ticket purchasers can transfer their tickets to a third party either as a paid transfer or a free transfer.
The transfer feature is only available for tickets purchased after signing up for a teket account. Please note that tickets purchased via guest purchase cannot be transferred.
No fees are charged for ticket transfers.
Important notes
• The recipient must also sign up for a teket account in order to receive the ticket.
• Paid transfers are not available for tickets purchased via convenience store payments. If you wish to transfer such a ticket, please use free transfer instead.
• Convenience store payments are not available when purchasing a ticket received via transfer.
• Transfers are available until the event end date and time.
• Bundle tickets are not eligible for transfer.
• The transfer feature becomes unavailable 180 days after the ticket was purchased.
• Once a receipt has been downloaded, paid transfers are no longer available.

How to transfer a paid ticket
1. Log in to teket, tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top-right, then under "My tickets" in your account, and select "View ticket" for the event you want to transfer.
2. Tap "Paid transfer".
3. You can transfer to your recipient using one of the following methods: Facebook, LINE, Email, or "Copy transfer link".
* Once a paid transfer is completed, the sender will be refunded according to the original payment method.
* Paid tickets must be transferred per purchase. If multiple tickets were purchased in a single order, they cannot be transferred individually.
* To transfer multiple tickets individually, please use the free transfer feature.
How to transfer a free ticket
1. Log in to teket, tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top-right, then under "My tickets" in your account, and select "View ticket" for the event you want to transfer.
2. Tap "Free transfer" below the QR ticket.
3. You can transfer to your recipient using one of following methods: Facebook, LINE, Email, or "Copy transfer link".
* Free tickets cannot be transferred as paid tickets.
Canceling a transfer
You can cancel a transfer only if the recipient has not yet accepted the ticket. To cancel, tap "Cancel transfer".
* Purchasing tickets for commercial purposes and reselling them to third parties is prohibited.
If resale activity is identified, the event organizer may invalidate the ticket without issuing a refund. We may also suspend your account at our discretion. We are not responsible for any issues involving tickets purchased outside of our platform.
