If the tickets you purchased do not appear in My tickets after you log in, you may be logged in with a different account than the one you used when purchasing your ticket.
Always log in with the same email address and password you used when purchasing your ticket. To check which account you used, see the "Ticket purchase confirmation" email sent after your purchase — the account name is displayed in the email.
* Please note that if you purchased without an account (guest purchase), the tickets will not appear in My tickets even if you later sign up with the same email address.
How to switch accounts
1. Tap "Log out" from the My account.
2. Log in with the email address and password you used when purchasing, and check your tickets in My tickets.
* If you have forgotten your password, reset it from "Forgot your password?".
* In rare cases, payment processing may take up to approximately 1 hour. Once payment is complete, the purchase confirmation email is sent and the ticket appears in My tickets.
