As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations or refunds for purchased tickets.
However, depending on your payment method and the status of your order, cancellation may be possible if approved by the event organizer. Please see the details below.
Canceling a credit card payment or free ticket
As a general rule, tickets cannot be canceled once purchased.
Cancellation can only be processed by the event organizer, and only if the organizer approves it. Please contact the event organizer directly regarding whether cancellation or a refund is possible.
Please note that teket Customer Support does not determine whether a cancellation is possible or process cancellations on your behalf.
The ticket purchase page may include the organizer's own cancellation policy. Please check the policy on that page before contacting the organizer.
When contacting the organizer about a cancellation, it will help to also provide the "Order number" shown in the locations below.

Less than 50 days from the payment date: No fee
50 days or more from the payment date: ¥500 fee (per order)
Refund schedule: This depends on your credit card issuer's billing cutoff date. If the cutoff date has already passed, the charge will be processed first, and the refund will be applied starting the following month.
[Debit cards and prepaid cards]
Refunds are issued either as a bank transfer or as an addition to your card balance.
The refund may be issued anywhere from the same day to approximately 60 days after processing is complete.
Canceling a Konbini payment
Please note that we do not accept cancellations or refunds for Konbini payments for personal reasons.
Canceling a lottery ticket
