Important notes
• You must sign up for a teket account to use Konbini payment.
• Konbini payment is not available on the day before or the event day. Please complete payment at least 2 days before the event date.
• Konbini payments are not eligible for refunds due to customer-initiated cancelation.
• After payment at the Konbini, your ticket will be sent to the email address you registered. Please note that no paper tickets are issued at the Konbini.
• Paid ticket transfers are not available for tickets purchased via Konbini payment.
• Konbini payment may be unavailable depending on the organizer's settings.
Buying tickets with Konbini payment
Placing a Konbini payment order
1. Open the event page for the ticket you want to purchase, then scroll down to view the ticket section.
* Tap "Select tickets" at the bottom of the page to jump to the tickets section.
2. Select tickets you want.
* For calendar view:
Step 1: Tap the date you want to attend on the calendar.
Step 2: Tap "Which time slot would you like?" and select a time.
Step 3: Tap the "Select" button for the ticket you want.
3. Set the number of tickets using "+" or "−", then tap "Next".
4. Tap "Log in or sign up to purchase" (if you are already logged in, tap "Next").
* If you do not have a promo code, leave the promo code field blank and continue.
• You must sign up for a teket account to use Konbini payment.
* Purchase confirmation emails may not be delivered to mobile carrier email addresses. Please update your spam settings to allow emails from no-reply@teket.jp.
If you want to create an account
Enter your email address, check "I'm not a robot", and tap "Sign up".
* To log in instead, tap "Already have an account?" in the top-right.
Check the 6-digit verification code sent to your email address, enter it in the verification code field, and tap "Verify."
Enter your full name and password (at least 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, and numbers), then tap "Sign up."
5. Select "Konbini", then choose the Konbini you want to pay at. (Konbini payment is available at Lawson, FamilyMart, Ministop, and Seicomart.)
6. Enter your full name, full name (katakana), and phone number, check "I'm not a robot", then tap "Confirm payment".
* Enter your full name and full name (katakana) in full-width characters. Do not include spaces in the katakana name.
* If you are prompted to select specific images after checking "I'm not a robot", follow the on-screen instructions.
7. After completing your order, write down the confirmation number and customer number required for payment.
* Please complete payment by the "Payment due" date shown on the order confirmation screen. Your order will be automatically canceled if payment is not received by the due date.
* The order number is for inquiries to teket. Do not use it when paying at the Konbini.

You will receive an email with the subject "[teket] Ticket order confirmation - {event_name}".

Log in to teket, tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top-right, then under "My tickets" in your account, and select "View ticket" for the event you want to check. Your Konbini payment details will be shown.

How to pay at Lawson
Use the "Loppi" terminal at your nearest Lawson store to print an application slip.
1. On the Loppi home screen, select "各種番号をお持ちの方" (For customers with a number) on the left.
2. Enter the 14-digit customer number.
3. Enter the 4-digit confirmation number and tap "Next".
4. Review the details, and if everything is correct, tap "Yes".
5. Take the printed receipt to the cashier and pay in cash within 30 minutes.
* After payment, be sure to take the "Transaction Statement and Receipt" (取扱明細兼領収書). This serves as your official receipt.

How to pay at FamilyMart
Use the "Multi-Copy Machine" at FamilyMart to complete payment.
1. From the Multi-Copy Machine top menu, select "代金支払い/チャージ" (Bill payment / Charge).
2. Select "Next".
3. Select "番号入力" (Enter number).
4. Enter the first number.
5. Enter the second number.
6. Review the notes, then select "同意して進む" (Agree and continue).
7. Review the payment details and payment method, then select "Confirm".
8. The Multi-Copy Machine will issue an "M Copy Service Application Slip".
9. Take the "M Copy Service Application Slip" to the cashier and pay before the payment due date.
* After payment, take the receipt. Depending on the payment, a ticket roll may also be issued.

How to pay at Ministop
Use the "Loppi" terminal at your nearest Ministop store to print an application slip.
1. On the Loppi home screen, select the left button "各種番号をお持ちの方" (For customers with a number).

4. Review the payment details and select "Yes".

How to pay at Seicomart
1. Tell the cashier you want to make an "Internet payment" (インターネット支払い). They will enter your customer number or online payment number into the POS terminal and tap the registration button.
2. Next, they will enter your confirmation number and tap the registration button.
3. Review the displayed details, tap "OK", and pay in cash.

Your ticket arrives by email after payment
"Once payment is complete, a purchase confirmation email is usually sent to your registered email address within about 2 hours. You can also check your ticket in My account on teket.
Ticket issuance may take some time after payment. Please make sure to complete your payment in advance of the event start time.
A Konbini fee of ¥220 (incl. tax) is charged separately for Konbini payments."
About refunds
"For Konbini payments, refunds due to customer-initiated cancelations are not accepted.
In the unlikely event that a refund is required (e.g., event cancelation), refund instructions will be sent to your registered email address within 2 weeks of the event being canceled.
Please note that cash refunds cannot be issued at the Konbini where payment was made.
Please note that refund amounts for canceled events do not include the ¥220 Konbini fee paid at the time of purchase."
About the ticket transfer feature with Konbini payments
"Paid ticket transfers are not available for tickets purchased via Konbini payment. If you wish to transfer a ticket, please use free transfer instead.
Konbini payment is also unavailable for tickets received via transfer."
